Fodor's Review:

Opened in 2004, this casual spot on Canyon Road offers value and convenience to this gallery-studded thoroughfare with few affordable dining options. Another big plus is the cozy patio overlooking the colorful pedestrian traffic. Sol serves mostly burgers and comfort fare, such as mac and cheese, Belgian waffles, catfish sandwiches, and Caesar salads – and there are also 18 kinds of beer. Although it's open for dinner, the restaurant closes early, at 8. The same chef helms the snazzy and more upscale Canyon Restaurant, across the street.
