Mu Du Noodles
Mu Du Noodles Review
This warm and cozy eatery on busy stretch of Cerrillos Road excels both in its friendly and helpful staff and its interesting pan-Asian fare. Book ahead on weekends—this place fills up fast. Dinner specials are always good, though if you're fond of spicy food be sure to ask for "hot" as their food tends to the mild.-Sample sweet-and-sour rockfish with water chestnuts, smoked bacon, and jasmine rice; Vietnamese spring rolls with peanut-hoisin sauce; or stir-fried tenderloin beef with whole scallions, sweet peppers, bean sprouts, and fat rice noodles. Mu, the proprietor, is a strong advocate of cooking with local, organic ingredients.

When you've had your share of New Mexican cuisine this is a great escape. Delicious Thai (watch how you order though - hot means HOT). Service is friendly and helpful - not much in the way of atmosphere but the food makes up for it. By all means book in advance.
