Northeastern New Mexico Restaurants

Food in the northeast is heavily New Mexican and American and dining is casual, just like the region itself. You can continue on the chile tour of the West, but vegetarians should ask whether there is beef in the red or pork in the green before diving in. Reservations are almost unheard of here, but seasonal closings during winter months are common.
