Village Pizza

Village Pizza Review

A Chicago native with a knack for baking runs this ordinarily named joint that serves extraordinarily good pizza. Crusts come in different styles (including Chicago-style deep dish), and a wide range of toppings is offered, including such gourmet fixings as artichoke hearts and smoked oysters. In back is an adobe-walled courtyard with a couple of big leafy trees and lots of seating. There's a bargain-priced all-you-can-eat pizza buffet at lunchtime and on Monday and Tuesday nights, and you get a 10% discount if you ride in on horseback.
