Fodor's Review

Residents from as far as Santa Fe have been known to make the drive to this 1920s Pueblo Revival hacienda, renowned for the sunset views from its patio. The menu combines contemporary American, Southwestern, and Asian cuisine, including duck-confit crepes with red-chile-infused blueberries, lemon chèvre, mint, and pistachios, and coriander-rubbed ahi tuna with ginger-jasmine rice cakes and seaweed slaw. The lamb chops, from Chama Valley, are also delicious. The culinary

quality has become consistently outstanding over the years, the wine list is among the best in the state, and the setting is gorgeous. Prairie Star is on the Santa Ana reservation, overlooking the acclaimed Santa Ana Golf Course.
