Quarters BBQ Review
This Albuquerque institution, going strong since the early '70s, certainly has its devoted followers. Their sauce is more tangy than sweet, and slow smoking with a secret recipe makes for a winning combination. Whatever your preference—be it smoky ribs, chicken, brisket, or sausage—you will need a fistful of napkins, that's for sure. Top steaks and Alaskan king crab legs are also available.
