Fodor's Review:

All you've ever dreamed of finding in a barbecue joint awaits you when you walk into this dark den. The Albuquerque institution, going strong since the early '70s, serves tender, smoky, falling-off-the-bone ribs and chicken, brisket, and sausage—it's hard to know where to dive in first. You'll need a fistful of napkins, that's for sure. The sauce is more tangy than sweet, and slow smoking with a secret recipe makes for the winning combination. Top steaks and Alaskan king crab legs are also available.
