In a former woodworking shop in one of Old Town's late-18th-century adobe buildings, touristy but festive High Noon literally exudes warmth with its kiva fireplaces and is accented further by viga ceilings, brick floors, handmade Southwestern furniture, New Mexican art, and a copper-top bar. The kitchen delivers decent steaks and such traditional New Mexico favorites as beef enchiladas and green-chile stew. Among menu highlights are bison rib eye, twin pork medallions encrusted with pine nuts with a red-chile coulis, and flame-broiled fresh salmon. From Thursday to Sunday there's flamenco guitar.
