A good bet for relatively straightforward sushi and sashimi, Crazy Fish is an attractive, upbeat storefront space with minimal fuss and gimmickry—just clean lines and a black-and-gray color scheme. Friendly young servers whisk out plates of fresh food to a mix of students and yuppies. In addition to sushi, the kitchen prepares such favorites as crispy chicken, and seared-albacore salad with a ginger-soy dressing. Tempura-fried bananas make for a sweet ending.

The sushi here is fantastic. Always get a cucumber salad with any order. Prices are good. Check first if they are open before driving across town as they are closed two days a week and have limited hours during the day. I have many great memories here.
