Despite its Northeast Heights setting in a modern shopping center surrounded by sleek, contemporary office parks, Cafe Voila feels thoroughly Parisian in spirit and ambience, thanks in part to the welcoming staff led by owners and hosts Debbie and Christian Tournier. Choose a seat in the romantic, flower- and plant-filled dining room or on the sunny patio. The kitchen prepares everything here from scratch, with specialties that include crepes with leeks and salmon, lobster ravioli in creamy saffron sauce, braised veal shank with red-wine demi glace, and fresh Dover sole with almond-butter sauce. Top everything off with a slice of cheesecake finished with raspberry coulis.

Very poor restaurant, my wife and I have been twice, both times the food has been average at best and the service was simply appalling. Lunch-time rush consisted of about 10 customers and it took over 40 minutes (and 3 requests) to get a glass of water - the final time I was told, we're doing the best we can, you'll have to wait. The food arrived after about 45 mins and we had to ask twice and wait another 10 mins to get some dressing for the salad. For good french food try Chez Axel or Le Crepe Michel - both are excellent.
