$-$$, Old Town
Fodor's Review:
This modern 11-story hotel rises distinctly above Old Town's ancient structures. The large rooms have desert-color appointments, hand-wrought furnishings, and tile bathrooms with Southwest accents but a slightly dated look; every room has a small balcony with no patio furniture but nice views. Cristobal's serves commendable Spanish-style steaks and seafood, and Cafe Plazuela offers more casual American and New Mexican food. A fine flamenco guitarist entertains in the lounge. Treatments and facials are available at Joseph's Salon & Day Spa.
