Albuquerque Restaurants

Bien Shur

Bien Shur Review

The panoramic city and mountain views are an essential part of this quietly refined restaurant on the ninth floor of the Sandia Casino complex, but Bien Shur also aspires to be one of the most sophisticated restaurants in the city. Alas, the service can be uneven at times, and although the food is usually on the mark, it's quite pricey for Albuquerque. You might start with a panfried crab cake with cilantro oil, saffron aioli, and tomato salsa. Among the several stellar entrées, skip the seafood and go right for the steaks and chops, such as buffalo tenderloin, or the prodigious 20-ounce porterhouse steak.
