Bien Shur
Bien Shur Review
The panoramic city and mountain views are an essential part of this quietly refined restaurant on the ninth floor of the Sandia Casino complex, but Bien Shur also aspires to be one of the most sophisticated restaurants in the city. Alas, the service can be as uneven as its contemporary fare. You might start with black mission figs and Brie, before moving on to pan-roasted sea bass with edamame, shiitake mushrooms, jasmine rice, and celery-root mousse, or char-grilled buffalo tenderloin with roasted yellow pepper-onion confit.
