Tucanos Brazilian Grill

Fodor's Review:

There isn't much point in going to Tucanos if you don't love meat. Sure, they serve some vegetables, but the real focus is on churrascos, South American-style grilled skewers of beef, chicken, pork, and turkey that parade endlessly out of the open kitchen on the arms of enthusiastic waiters. Carnivority aside, one unexpected treat, if it's available, is the grilled pineapple. The noisy, high-ceiling spot next to the downtown Century 14 Downtown movie theater is a good place to go for drinks, too, and if you're looking for either a stand-alone cooler or a liquid partner for your hearty fare, look no further than a bracing caipirinha, the lime-steeped national cocktail of Brazil.
