After conquering Manhattan, restaurateur Stephen Starr brought his uber-hip pan-Asian cuisine south to the Pier Shops at Caesar's, where it attracts a fresh-faced crowd that swoons over the edamame ravioli, lobster fried rice, and char grilled aged beef. Can't decide on a dessert? Try a bento box, which lets you sample from multiple menu items. Perhaps it will contain some coconut rice pudding and banana spring rolls. A giant golden Buddha presides over the meal and is the stunning focal point in a room that evokes an ancient Asian courtyard.
