The Pier Shops at Caesar's Review
It's not often that you find a mall with ocean views, and one of such quality is rare indeed. Atlantic City's best collection of luxury retailers resides on a pier jutting off the Boardwalk and is home to Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Gucci, and Armani. There's also an outlet of the ever-popular Buddakan restaurant and every hour a water show entertains shoppers.
