Fodor's Review

Worthy of an emperor? The numbers at this beachfront property are certainly imperial: 1,144 rooms; 145,000 square feet of gaming floors; more than 2,300 slot machines; a theater seating 1,500 that has hosted Tony Bennett, Smokey Robinson, Ringo Starr and many others; and on and on. Book a room here and you will have to embrace the kitsch. The pillars, fountains, statues, and faux classical style of the entrance and lobby are anything but suble. The rooms, however, only

hint at such gaudiness. They are luxurious and modern with dark wood furniture, wall scones, and expansive mirrors. Many have breathtaking ocean views, and there are often deals to be had.

Caesars Atlantic City Hotel/Casino Review

My mom, grandma, and I stayed at Caesars and we were excited. After check-in, we scooped out our room and it had an amazing view of the beach for miles. Our room even had a mini-TV in the bathroom miror. Our favorite thing to do when we go is to check the Pier Mall and the Waterfountain show. Caesars really is the number one hotel/casino in Atlantic City.

Classy

Although looking a bit worn on the edges after 25 years the service and quality can't be beat at Caesars

One of the Worst Reservations Depts Ever!

I called Caesars 800 # listed on their website. First they tried to book me a restaurant reservation, then gave me a room rate ($200) without even asking about what type of room(s), # of guests, etc. When I nicely asked for more help with descriptions of the available rooms, etc., Carolyn the rep. very rudely asked "well what information do you need?" When I said "I think I might just look elsewhere" she promptly hung up the phone. When I called

back to speak with a manager to inform them of my experience, they wouldn't do anything but take my name and have someone "call me back". In an age when customer service and "anticipating needs" is so crucial, Caesars scores a "F" on the front line: reservations. (Sorry to give them ratings for Room, Atmosphere, and Value, without experience, but this form wouldn't let me proceed otherwise!)

Head For Vegas!!!

Save up some gambling money and head for Vegas instead... After a trip there going to A/C is quite the disappointment.. Venture outside at your own risk..
