Fodor's Review:

Lots of dark wood and leather help to create a subdued atmosphere at this classic steak house in the Sands Casino Hotel. The chateaubriand for two gets many orders, as do lobster and shrimp dishes. Six different desserts are offered each month, along with 21 wines by the glass. Call for hours, which change monthly.
