Fodor's Review:

The historic Flemish building that holds this restaurant started as a private gentlemen's club in 1912 and in 1927 was sold to the Latz family, which still owns it. Seafood, from bouillabaisse and crab cakes to lobster preparations -- shines here, and filet mignon satisfies landlubbers.
