The first thing you notice when you walk into this 1882 Queen Anne is a beautiful stained-glass window at the base of the stairway and the scent of freshly baked goods in the air. With extras such as fireplaces and featherbeds, the suites and deluxe rooms are the best bets here. All rooms have refined, antique wood bureaus, rockers, mantels, or bedsteads. Breakfast is served in a formal dining room by candlelight or, weather permitting, in an enclosed porch that leads to a traditional English garden. The Victoria is close to Spring Lake and four blocks from the ocean.
