Beachcomber Camping Resort

Fodor's Review:

Rent lakefront and wilderness cabins, some with loft spaces, as well as travel trailers sleeping up to six at this 100-acre wooded resort. Ultra-VIP sites (with cable hook-up) are big-rig friendly, and there are plenty of places for smaller RVs and tents. Two spring-fed lakes mean there's one for swimming and one for fishing. The latter is stocked with bass, sunnies, and catfish for catch-and-release fishing. Beachcomber is 4 mi from the Cape May historic district and from Wildwood. Reservations essential in summer.

  • Hotel Details: 500 campsites, 50 tent/pop-up sites, 150 RV sites
  • In-hotel: pool, laundry facilities. flush toilets, full hookups, partial hookups, dump station, drinking water, showers, fire pits, picnic tables, electricity, public telephone, general store, ranger station, swimming (lake).
  • Credit Cards: MC, V
  • Closed: Closed Nov.-early Apr.
