Fodor's Review:
Rooms here are painted in lively lavenders, yellows, or peaches. Although full of period furnishings, they have a hip sensibility as well as high-thread-count bedding, fluffy towels, and fine toiletries. The restaurant ($$-$$$; no lunch Saturday) serves a mix of American, Asian, and Italian dishes; good bets include lobster-and-crab strudel and braised lamb shanks with rosemary and garlic. Sunday brunch is impressive, featuring enticing eggs Atlantis (English muffins topped with smoked salmon, sliced tomato, capers, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce).
