Fodor's Review:
In a wooded area on the UNH campus, this contemporary hotel is large enough to be a full-service conference center but quiet enough to seem like a retreat. Acorns Restaurant ($$-$$$), with tall windows overlooking the forest, specializes in American regional cuisine and is a favorite place for Sunday brunch. A signature dish is roasted lobster tail over rosemary-garlic pappardelle in a lemon-herb beurre blanc.
