People like to congregate at the long bar of this smart bistro. You might join them before dining on a thin-crust pizza or an entrée of wild Arctic char with roasted vegetable-dill couscous and basil-walnut pesto. Save room for the bittersweet chocolate soufflé.

They'll get you in and out on time if you're doing dinner before a play at the Peterborough Players.
