The chefs at Blue Mermaid prepare Caribbean-influenced fare on a wood-burning grill. Specialties include plantain-encrusted grouper topped with grilled mango vinaigrette and served with black-eyed pea sweet-potato hash; and wood-grilled flat-iron steak with a cilantro-hoisin glaze, cucumber-citrus relish, and noodles.
