Thorn Hill Review
This famous inn serves up one of New England's most memorable meals. In warm months dine on the romantic porch, which overlooks the Presidential mountain range. The wine list is the state's most lauded, with 1,900 labels. The curated and changing "Top 50" list of reasonably priced bottles is a sure guide. You'll find subtle and flavorful dishes such as a New York strip with chanterelle mushrooms and bordelaise sauce and salmon grilled with Mediterranean spices and served with hummus and cucumber raita (Indian yogurt sauce). The menu changes regularly.
