This 1789 farmhouse is the fine-dining option in the area. Chef Val Fortin serves American fare such as peppercorn-crusted sirloin steak with grilled mushrooms and truffle oil and free-range duck breast with wild mushrooms, prosciutto, and chili-glazed scallops; the homemade desserts are always delicious.
