Après-ski and hiking types congregate here—in the dining room in cold weather and on the covered patio when it's warm—for homemade salsas, wood-fired steaks, ribs, burgers, and a smattering of Tex-Mex and Cajun specialties. Unwind at the tequila bar after a day on the mountains.
