Franconia Inn Review
At this 120-acre family-friendly resort, you can play tennis on four clay courts, swim in the outdoor heated pool or hot tub, mountain bike, and hike. The cross-country ski barn doubles as a horseback-riding center in the warm months. The white, three-story inn has unfussy country furnishings—you'll find canopy beds and country quilts in the rooms, most of which have period-style wallpapering or wood paneling.
