Fodor's Review

In this 1950s-era throwback, furnished with chrome dinette sets and adorned with atomic-age memorabilia, you might expect molded Jell-O salad on the menu—but you'd be wrong. Instead, you'll find the biggest and best breakfasts featuring hefty omelets, Coconut Cakes (buttermilk pancakes made with chocolate chips, coconut, and cashews), and Drunkard French toast (with a Grand Marnier–raspberry sauce). The homemade breads and muffins are worth trying, too, and the cheese fries—topped with blue cheese and served with a raspberry-habanero dipping sauce—are completely addictive. This is also a great stop for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack.
