Colby Hill Inn

Colby Hill Inn Review

Floor-to-ceiling windows add a touch of elegance to this dining room. The seasonally changing menu is excellent—fine choices include house-smoked haddock chowder or the house signature dish, chicken stuffed with lobster, leeks, and Boursin. The wine list is diverse, but emphasizes California bottles. If you want to stick around, guest rooms in the main house have lace curtains and comfortable four-poster and canopy beds with Colonial-style furnishings.
