The Inn at East Hill Farm Review

If you have kids, and they like animals, meet bliss: a family resort with daylong kids' programs on a 160-acre 1830 farm overlooking Mt. Monadnock. Kids can start at 9 am with milking the cows. Other activities include collecting eggs, horseback and pony riding, arts and crafts, storytelling, hiking, sledding, hay rides in summer, and horse-drawn sleigh rides in winter. You can feed sheep, donkeys, cows, rabbits, horses, chickens, goats, and ducks and play with the farm dog. Twice weekly in summer, trips are scheduled to a nearby lake for boating, waterskiing, and fishing. Rates include most activities and three meals in a camplike dining hall. Rooms are comfortable, not fancy, and some have fireplaces. The inn is 10 mi southeast of Keene off Route 124. Note: Rates are per person (children are cheaper) per night; all meals are included.
