Fodor's Review:

A deceptively simple storefront bistro overlooking Keene's graceful town square, Luca's dazzles with knowledgeable and helpful staff and some of the most deftly prepared cooking in this part of the state. Pastas and grills reveal Italian, French, Greek, Spanish, and North African influences—consider salmon tagine in a sundried-tomato-and-whole-grain-mustard cream sauce, or shrimp and scallops El Greco, with plum tomatoes, feta, and baby spinach over linguine. Dine in the intimate art-filled dining room or at one of the sidewalk tables in summer.
