Fodor's Review

Take a self-guided tour of this museum's extensive collection of Native American artistry, including moose-hair embroidery, quilt work, and basketry. Signs on the Medicine Woods trail identify plants and explain how they are used as foods, medicines, and dyes. The center, about 15 miles southeast of New London, offers workshops, classes, and cultural programs.
