One of the last vestiges of Las Vegas's "family" phase is 20-plus years of this Arthurian stunt show in a dirt-floor arena, with the audience eating a basic dinner (warning: no utensils) and cheering on fast horses, jousting, and swordplay. Those familiar with Medieval Times around the country will recognize it in all but name. But it's still a great family gathering—especially for preadolescents, who get to make a lot of noise—and the realistic stunts speak to the
commitment of the cast. Those who haven't seen it in a few years may notice some long-delayed upgrades in the costumes and props.
