Owned and operated by nightlife innovators Angel Management Group, this eatery—tucked inside Crystals—is as much a destination for good food as it is a spot to see and be seen. Cuisine is pan-Asian with an emphasis on Japanese; Executive Chef John Lee offers a la carte and small bites menus for parties of just about every size (there's also a special lunch menu). Standout items include Kobe beef sashimi with wasabi crème fraiche, miso port short ribs and seared branzino
with Kabocha "pasta" and chili-soy sauce. Happy Hour is available from 5-8 pm daily; the best deal here is 12-ounce cans of Sapporo or Kirin Light for $5.
