Fodor's Review

For some, a spa experience simply translates into relaxation, and that can take many forms. Here, in this sleek 25,000-square-foot haven flanked by mountains, it may mean the robe, slippers, and massages. For those who prefer to stick with decisions more along the lines of Swedish versus deep tissue, there are 13 massages to choose from. The Zone lets you get in and get out, concentrating on the neck, back, or legs and lasting a brief but efficient 25 minutes. There's

also Customized To You, which blends massage techniques to provide an experience designed exclusively for, well, you. Both acne and aging are addressed through 17 different facials, offering vitamin C treatments, microdermabrasion, and the Volcanic Deep Purifying facial that concentrates on extractions. The Spa at Red Rock offers the Adventure Spa, a separate experience that includes horseback riding, Black Canyon river rafting and kayaking adventures, guided hikes, and rock climbing, all off-site.
