At this 24-hour, circa-2013 pub, Brian Massie, a native New Yorker, serves up some of the best comfort food Vegas has to offer. Signature dishes include the Bag of Bones—dry-rubbed baby back ribs, crispy onions, and slow-cooked beans—and the Fatty Melt, a tomato grilled cheese sandwich with caramelized onions and Citizens' special sauce.
