T-bones Chophouse & Lounge Review
Well-dressed, local professionals line up early in front of the striking slabs of dragon onyx guarding the entrance to this upscale steak house. They're hoping to score seats for "T-Time" happy hour, when signature cocktails, such as blue cotton-candy martinis, may be quaffed with hors d'oeuvres, beginning at $5 each. Much pricier, however, is an à-la-carte dinner served in the seductive dining room—the perfect spot for a romantic or celebratory meal, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings when a pianist serenades by the expansive windows overlooking the furnished patio and pool. (Note: A 10% additional tax is added to bar/lounge bills during live music.) The menu features oversize dry-aged prime steaks, signature bone-in meats, and fresh fish flown in daily. Lamb chops, tender rib eye, seared foie gras, and generous steak-house salads are popular choices.
