Society Cafe Review
Whimsy is always available at this imaginative and hip eatery off Encore's main casino. The hostess stand offers departing patrons Swedish fish instead of mints. What's more, with menu items such as frosted-flake French toast, steak-and-egg sliders, and mac-and-cheese "bites," there are surprises at every meal. Sweet-tooths delight in the face-size "XL Sticky Bun" (you'll need a to-go box for this one, trust us). Chef Kim Canteenwalla also prepares a mean Philly cheese steak. Brunch here is big, with five takes on the traditional Bloody Mary (served from a roving cart, natch). Perhaps the restaurant's biggest draw is its late-night "Munchi" menu, available on Friday and Saturday until 1 am.
