Fodor's Review

The hookah is an elaborate Middle Eastern water pipe that is used to smoke exotic tobaccos (and yes, we just mean tobacco). It also happens to be a trend popular at Vegas lounges and clubs these days. Thanks to a helpful "Hookah Man" and some available samples, no prior experience with water pipes is required. But the hookah is only one part of the appeal here: designed by local entrepreneur Paymon Raouf for the ultimate chill-out experience, this red velvet–laden,

exquisitely carpeted, incense-filled environment redefines Vegas plush, and its young, somewhat bohemian crowd and those sexy paintings on the wall don't hurt the romance, either.
