Dessert is king at this Las Vegas outpost of the New York–based restaurant from celebrated chef François Payard. Tourists and business travelers queue during lunch at the counter for made-to-order crepes and treats that might include the Sweet Relief, mango mousse with pineapple souffle and roasted pineapple Swiss meringue. The 46-seat dining room (dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday) offers a lengthy wine list, savory items such as classic croque monsieur (grilled
ham-and-cheese sandwich), steak frites and cheese souffle, and a veritable bargain on the Strip: a $48 prix fixe menu of any appetizer, any entree and any dessert. Breakfast offers an array of croques, as well as quiches, brioche french toast and omelets.
