Mastro's Ocean Club

Mastro's Ocean Club Review

Sure, the food is upscale and tasty at the Las Vegas outpost of Mastro's Ocean Club inside the Crystals retail and entertainment complex at City Center. But the restaurant's two biggest draws are its piano lounge, which serves stellar martinis and is open nightly until 2 am, and the "Tree House," a two-story wooden sculpture that rises from the ground level of the shopping complex and houses the main dining room 30 feet above the ground. Menu items range from tempura lobster tails and ahi tuna tartare to New York strip steak and rack of lamb. Side dishes tend to be boring; the lone exception: the Gorgonzola macaroni and cheese, which is reason enough to return.
