Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro

Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro Review

Relaxed and dapper, Morels is Palazzo's upscale yet unfussy all-day dining option. Its specialty is both traditional Parisian-inspired bistro fare and steak-house victuals. Except for the pricey beef dishes, most of the food here is affordable by Strip standards. And although the steak can be hit or miss, anything from the seafood, cheese, and charcuterie bars is delicious, as well as dishes such as crispy-skin Scottish salmon with bordelaise sauce, carrots, and lentils. Cocktails are noteworthy as is the expansive (and expensive) wine list, with more than 60 offerings—French, Italian, and Californian—available by the glass. Breakfast and weekend brunch are boffo. VIP views of the Strip and Siren's of TI song-and-dance spectacle can be had from the patio (seasonal: first-come, first-seated). Time alfresco dining accordingly, but expect some brief smoke, loud booms, and flashing lights.
