Las Vegas Restaurants

LBS Review

Cleverly decorated with a folk-art-meets-roadhouse assemblage of pressed-license-plate ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed-brick walls, and copper-top tables, this hip yet unfussy joint pays homage to the great American hamburger and all of its permutations, including a slew of turkey and veggie varieties. You can build your own, order a 3-pack of sliders, or try one of the many designer selections, such as the Frenchie (topped with blue cheese, grilled wild mushrooms, lettuce, and alfalfa sprouts), or El Caliente (with pepper jack cheese, avocado, chipotle sauce, lettuce, tomato, and jalapeño). Apps include fantastic buttermilk-batter onion rings, and a noteworthy dessert list tempts sweet-tooths with giant cookies, cupcakes, and cookie-crumble malted milk shakes.
