The Vegas outpost of actress Eva Longoria Parker's Los Angeles eatery is essentially a steak house with (incredibly tenuous) Latin flair. All of the beef—some of the best cuts include the 22-ounce bone-in ribeye and the 40-ounce (for two) Porterhouse—comes from Harris Ranch, the sprawling farm along I–5 in California's Central Valley. Perhaps the most authentic Latin dish on the menu is the paella, an overflowing portion of saffron rice, lobster, shellfish, roasted
chicken, and chorizo. The restaurant, situated on the western edge of the Crystals retail and entertainment complex, offers an inviting outdoor patio that overlooks a "pocket park" at Aria. Longoria also owns the nightclub, Eve, which is upstairs.
