Removed from the din, this über-elegant, dark-wood dining room is tucked down a corridor off the main casino floor. This clubby restaurant caters heavily to golfers, but bills itself as a place that every person—preferably clad in resort-casual or golf attire—can enjoy, especially when the weather is conducive to dining on the patio, where you can gaze at the huge waterfall cascading near the 18th hole at Wynn Golf Course. A mix of popular classics with contemporary preparations is on the menu: shrimp cocktail with fragrant horseradish oil or a burger with guacamole, smoked chipotle sauce, jalapeño jack cheese, and parmesan-truffle potato crisps. Seafood, poultry, chops, and charbroiled meats—veal porterhouse, for example, or a Creole-spiced bison rib eye—round out the menu. Book a table online and splurge for the Sunday brunch with live jazz, carving and shellfish stations, artisanal cheeses, and cured meats, too.
