Four Queens Review

Named after former owner Ben Goffstein's four daughters, the Four Queens is what Vegas regulars would consider an "oldie but goodie," one of the most iconic casinos on all of Fremont Street. It also happens to be incredibly popular among Hawaiian visitors (largely because of the whole "queen" theme). Standard rooms were remodeled in 2008 but still look and feel like something you'd find at a Holiday Inn. Another quirk: the hotel shares a pool with Binion's down the block. The main attractions at the "Queens" are Hugo's Cellar, a steakhouse with a stellar wine list; and the Canyon Club, which attracts a variety of eclectic musical and comedy acts. Of course the casino is pretty neat, too, featuring the world's largest slot machine, $3 blackjack, and dealers who look like they've been there forever.
