Marssa may be in the "un-Vegassy" Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, but that doesn't mean the resort – currently the Westin Lake Las Vegas – hasn't done a very Vegas transformation over the yeas. The original theme was Middle Eastern – the name refers to a sea harbor, in Arabic – but today the restaurant's menu is firmly pan-Asian. You can feast on Marssa's laudable sashimi, nigiri susi or a roll. Or start with a dish like hamachi (yellowtail) carpaccio or Cajun albacore
tataki, and move onto chicken pancit or tai snapper lau lau. As you dine amid soothing neutrals with jewel-tone accents, gaze through the wall of windows at the lake beyond.
