Simon Restaurant & Lounge
Simon Restaurant & Lounge Review
Chef Kerry Simon has created a stylish, whimsical, restaurant that emphasizes fresh, organic ingredients. Servers wearing sneakers bring a menu that's chock-full of traditional fare with creative twists and a long list of sushi specialties. The Crispy, Creamy Rock Shrimp—a favorite appetizer—is lightly fried, tossed in sweet chili aioli, and served on a bed of apple-and-celery slaw. Seekers of comfort food might also find a tasty meat loaf cooked with beer among the entrées. The dessert offerings include a giant bowl of freshly spun cotton candy—a Simon signature. There's delicious breakfast fare, too. The bright and airy restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the adjacent swimming pool.
