If driving park in back of the resort to best access this stylish yet affordable restaurant. Chef Gustav Mauler lists traditional favorites on his menu—osso buco, tagliata of beef—along with lip-smacking selections of homemade pastas, risottos, and gnocci. Starters like clams and spicy Italian sausage with seafood broth make way for chicken saltimbocca, grilled lamb chops with red wine reduction, or grilled salmon with orzo, for example. There's a full bar in front and patio out back for dining by a burbling waterfall. Don't miss the gelato and sorbet for dessert. Wine dinners ($69) are often hosted on the fourth Tuesday of the month; four selections of wine paired with four small plates.
