Light-wood floors and vintage rock-and-roll posters highlight this bubbly, circular café. You can have a vegetable omelet, pizza, burger, or pasta; more filling options include grilled salmon, teriyaki chicken bowls, and baby back ribs. Food from the on-site noodle bar is irresistible. Also, the garlic mashed potatoes are superb. As the name implies, this place is open 24/7.
